JITENDAR SAINI – Goon of the hospitalHe is the receptionist and billing counter person in hospital. He got very rude and aggressive with me, when I asked him the updated discharge summary paper and got physical, when on his denial I took a pic of discharge summary with him to make the record.Today (17/12/2024) during the process of discharging the patient from hospital around 3pm he got me a paper signed as per the pic, which states that “I have been explained about further medication n dosage of medication and I understood that well”. While when real discharge happened around 6:30 pm today, there were no medication or medication instructions provided. When I asked him (Jitendar Saini) to call the duty doctor to discuss about discharge summary n medication, after waiting around 15-20 mins there was no doctor to attend. Then I asked him to give me the discharge summary paper, which he got me signed t 3pm, so I can cut the line stating “I have been explained about further medication n dosage of medication and I understood that well” as it didn’t happen. He denied to give me that paper, and became aggressive saying that I wont give u that, do whatever you can. Thereafter I updated cut that line in the copy I had “ attached pic here” and I asked him that ok, he can take the copy of this and put in his record. He denied to do that too aggressively.At 6:52pm (17/12/2024) after his all denials and with no options left, to keep the record I took a pic of this updated document with him (as attached), to keep the record that I updated this in front of him, then he became physical, snatched the paper and file from hands, trying to snatch my phone and hit me. This all is recorded in the cctv camera of receptions, with the heated argument all security and people around gathered there, “he aggressively showing his anger that he can do anything , don’t take him lightly, he also stated that he will show who he is”With this argument and a goon behaviour from the receptionist and billing person appointed by such a big hospital “ Medihelp Hospital Sarvoyadya Nagar “ not only shocked me but also put me scary situation. Finally one of the doctor arrived, he listened my ask and agreed that the document I was requesting is correct and he got the document updated n shared with me. He also got a written complaint from me as attached, not sure what action they will take.

Today when we went to the emergency of Medi Help Hospital for dressing of a child, only normal dressing was done there but the nursing staff ordered a full pack of surgical gloves, 2 syringes, 1 injection etc. worth Rs 97 whereas we gave Rs 200 in the name of dressing and The pack that was ordered was kept as it was. When the staff nurse said that you do the dressing and take charge, then why should we pay for the gloves? There was a bill of Rs. 136 for medical and more. The nurse took Rs 200 separately, Vikas ji, it is only such people who defame us. We had also asked the guard to know how these people do this. The image of the hospital gets tarnished because we come with great hope and trust. people 🙏

Never go there, Staff is very rude and hospital's doctors have no humanity to save to your money and will not give you cost effective treatment and medicine. They want to increase you bill as much as possible. Fraud and unprofessional staff. There are more good hospitals around it. Never go Medihelp.

Worst hospital in the cityPoor managementIf you really care your loved once, do not come to this hospital in serious condition.We have been struggling here and none of the doctor taking proper responsibility and also we were getting negative feedback for patients admitted.All the patient were getting more sick instead of getting well..In the last i must sayThis hospital will give you hope in Start and after that they will just charge highest amount and unnecessary suggest you to transfer patient to ICU.🙏🙏🙏🙏 Not recommended..

Very disappointing service provider hospital- hospitalo ka (SBI )…doctor ask to come 8 oclock but there opd staff coming 8 30 appx .. hospital authority should take a serious action against such careless staff . When i asked to someone standing in main gate he told me its govt job 🤣
